Returns and Refunds

Our aim is to make your Peckish Goose experience a special one. Peckish Goose is more than beautiful homeware and gifts, it is an experience too. We believe in exceptional customer service and high quality products. If one of our products doesn’t live up to your expectations, we would love to make it up to you. We also welcome your feedback. If you would like to return your Peckish Goose product, simply return it in the condition you recieved it, and once it arrives back with us, you will get a full refund. We know how frustating it can be not to be able to talk to someone on the telephone when you have a frustation about a service or product, so we will always give you the opportunity to chat to us on the phone, should you wish to.

We don’t think it will come to this, but it’s important to say anyway.

For wholesale orders, we work very closely with you to make sure our products are ideal for your customer before the sale takes place. If any of your order arrives defected in any way, we will offer you a refund for that piece/pieces.
